Christen Clark has always loved music and performing. From elementary to high school, she competed in regional and state fine arts competitions for choir, solos, drama, and even competed her senior year at state level in the North Carolina’s Junior Miss competition.
Christen has a music education concentration degree from Liberty University where she studied voice, piano, and choral instruction. She also has experience playing violin and guitar. She has served in church ministry for 16 years as a worship leader, children’s choir director, production director, choreographer, and voice teacher. She is also a podcast host and producer of a show called The Collide Kids Podcast. Christen loves theater, whether it is being on stage or behind the scenes. She has performed in over 20 musicals including Annie, State Fair, It’s a Wonderful Life, and various Christmas and cabaret variety shows with community theater companies in Atlanta, Dunwoody, and Roswell. She loves teaching people to have a passion for music and a confidence to do what they love. When she is not on stage or teaching her amazing students at Music Authority, you can find her hiking with her husband or loudly singing show tunes to embarrass her 2 kids in the carpool line. |
