Music Authority instructor Melissa Loggins - Piano / Voice/Eclipse
Melissa, one of Music Authority's owners, is a graduate of Berry College in Rome, Georgia. She holds a Bachelor of Music with an emphasis on voice and music business. Melissa has performed throughout the Southeast and as far north as Carnegie Hall in New York. Today she keeps her performing to Music Authority shows and as part of the Praise Band at Christ the King Lutheran Church.
Born and raised in Gibsonburg, Ohio, she spent her early years on her grandparent's farm. She graduated high school from Woodmore High School in Elmore, Ohio, before leaving for Georgia for college. Her passion is teaching high school students; being a part of Rock Camp is the highlight of her summer. She is also a featured speaker at NAMM shows, both in Nashville and Anaheim, where she presents on student retention and lessons program growth.
