Music Authority Family Newsletter - August 30, 2022 Thank You! I want to take a moment to say thank you to all the Music Authority Family who has stopped by to see how I'm doing, sent a card or an email, and who have gone out of their way to check on me.  I appreciate your time and your concern.  Every card makes my day a bit brighter. As of today, I have two planned treatments left.  If everything goes according to plan, I will hopefully be done with the hospital stays at the end of September and have a clean bill of health.  The original mass that brought me into the oncologists is already gone.   If everything goes to plan, I'll be back in the office full time sometime in October. Thank you again to everyone who has been so loving and kind to me through this experience.  It's been a difficult road, you have all made it a little bit easier. Melissa A. Josh Barron, brass Cody McAllister, guitar and bass Stephen King, guitar and bass Rebecca Van Rooyen, piano and voice Samantha Clark, young ages piano Nicholas Sanders, guitar A Big Thanks A big thank you to all the staff members who taught summer camp this year.  We had lots of kids and adults who enjoyed their camp experience and can't wait until next year to see you again! Summer Camp instructors included: Brooke Sutton, Andrew Hughes, Savannah Hughes, Jackson Warren, Brandon Faulkner, Gabby Bennett, and Jeremiah Meadows. The Music Authority Roadies The Roadies are a group of parents and adult students at Music Authority.  They meet the second Tuesday of every month at 6pm in The Backroom at Music Authority.  You can think of the Roadies as  Music Authority's PTO.  They sponsor special events, service projects, and work hard to make sure our teachers feel appreciated.  We welcome any Music Authority parent to come to our next meeting!
